Helpful and dedicated staff
My daughter went to the ER with stomach pain. The FNP did not complete a physical examination or order any tests. She left doubled over in pain.We walked into a clinic owned by WCH and she was properly served after I called and left a message with the acting CEO.We will never return unless we have no other choice unless we are being transported by EMS.We received a 500 bill after being told the fees would be waived. We will receive justice.Go to a horse hospital you will receive more professional service.
. staff was great and told us what was going on all the time when my mother got admitted with pneumonia last week. She did real well and left doing better. Looked like new people since coming awhile back and they were all real helpful.
These are events which happen in the last 12-18 months. My son has to take medication every day in order to stay alive. He was admitted to Washington County Hospital and later discharged. About 7 days later he had to be readmitted because my son had been taken off one of the medications needed to keep him alive. My sons medical records went with my son both times he was admitted to the hospital. The records showed my sons medical history and the medications he need when he was admitted to the hospital both times. Even though his records spelled it out in plan English the emergency room doctor almost killed my son. I didn't sue because I know people make mistakes.
