Machines constantly don't work owner does not refund any money at all not even a call back don't waste your time going to this particular laundry if I could give it less than one star I would NO HOT WATER

Machine keeps taking my money & there are NO contact numbers in the laundry mat. Two weeks ago it was the samething & now I can't even finish my laundry. I'm highly upset because this is not the first nor second time. Nobody has returned my calls nor my money. I would like my money back that was taken from me which is a total of 5.00 or i will be filing a complaint with the BBB because I've contacted you repeatly concerning your machines stealing people's money!!!
