Great food and a friendly staff! I would definitely eat here again
Every time I stop here, I say I will not stop again. You have the rudest employees that I have encountered in a while. They do not listen to your order. They grab your money and shove your food out the window. And, oh yes, the bottom of the bag was covered in mashed potatoes. I can give you this, the service is consistently bad.
If l could give you no stars I would! I payed $14.81 for two combos just to have someone treat us like trash! I konw my not coming back there won't affect your business but at least you won't got my money anymore. Oh and you need to fix the mike on the drive thru or she had something in her mouth she shouldn't.
Unhealthy food! No vegetables on their menus! No grill chicken, everything is fried! Corporate America gotta taking responsible for creating option for people to stay healthy. I love to stop by and able to get a salad, fruit or grill chicken on the go but nothing like that available on the menu. It's ashame, McDonald already stepping up a little by offering vegetables on their menu but Bojangles still have not. It's time to make changes for our country's overall health, not only profit matters, your image is too!
First off I love Bojangles, I have been to a few of them. This particular one is way below average. I was very disappointed the 4 times I went there. Each time I thought it would be better.
